I signed up for a 8-ta data account after checking the map to make sure we were in a coverage area, which it said we were. When I got the mobile internet home, we got NO SERVICE. So within the 5 day grace period I went back to the 8-ta store to cancel the contract. The salesperson said it would be taken care of NO CHARGES, since it was within the 5 day grace of the consumer act. Now, over a month later I just get charged 3 different charges including the monthly fee for usage. This is bad business practice not to mention against THE LAW! and I need someone to resolve the issue ASAP!
