MTN is a bunch of criminals

These guys are people in broad daylight. I cancelled, and settled in full, my account because of their terrible service and was assured that my bank account would not be debited at the first of this month. What happens? I check my records today and was debited R809 on the first. Seriously, do I need to close my bank account just so that these guys cannot take any more of my money?
