Money being debited in my account

I have been debited by this company for an amount of R99.00, I don't even know who they are or what they do. How can people have access to your account whilst you never taken anything from them? It started last month I called their offices and the guy I spoke to assured me the money will b refunded back to me and nothing has been done, again towards end of May I received numerous bank notifications from them that I should fund my account unfortunately I had zero funds at that time, I called them again on Monday 27/05/2013 and spoke to a lady called Diana she assured me as well that I was blocked of their system but as soon as my salary reported on the 31/05/2013 they debited my money. Now I'm wondering what kind of company is this? why are so many people complaining about money being debited of their account? Are they really a company or just a bunch of? I have never been so irritated in my life, yes R99.00 might sound small but imagine if they take that amount of money from 100 people a day. Please I need this sorted, don't want your sincere apologies.
