Account debited after cancellation

my account was debited with an amount of R1129.00 on the 27th June 2013 after i had cancelled the policy on the 14th June, i found a better deal somewhere else and cancelled the insurance online, what i cant understand is, why do you have a option to cancel the entire policy online when you dont check if your system is working properly. now i am going to have an unpaid debit on my account due to incompotence from miway. i need my money re-imbursed as this money was debited in error and i did not make provision for any unnecessary debit orders on my account. and another thing, my debit order dates as per my policy was the 20th of each month, yet you debited my account on the 27th, i am very unhappy with this, i have a heart condition, and this is contributing negatively towards this, i will be reporting this matter to the Ombudsman should i not be re-imbursed today, 27th June with that full amount that was debited. i hope you people are satisfied with the service you guys deliver, does a person always have to fight to get good service nowadays, i think that is not the way things are intended to be done. i need someone to contact me very urgently.
