Debit Order up By Nedabnk

I have been a ned bank client for almost 10 years now. They forgot to debit my account last month for my personal loan . then this month they double debited my account for the "skipped" loan installment for the month of February.they also bungled up my home loan payment for this month.

My argument and discontent-ion in all this is. I should not be penalized for their systems failure to debit my account last minth. now i am left with no money for fuel and food when i have settled all my other financial obligations, which is very annoying and unfair.

I have decided i will close my bank account with ned bank as soon as i finish paying off my loan and i also want to counsil the disability cover that i had tacken out with them in the form of an insurance.

my advice to any sane person is NEVER BANK WITH NEDBANK they are a bunch of incompitent and ill mannered people
