Foreign people debiting my account

Good day Capitec.
This is just to inform you that I am moving banks and honestly not happy that my money is not safe with you guys. I am soooo upset that I have people debiting my account and I don't even know them. Below is the message I just received:
Capitec Bank: Debit Order -R129.99 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref PROCELL 62971839PROCEL130815NAEDO DR 032;
I called a week ago and they reversed the transaction (please check my records). Guess what? Today they debited my account again. That should be evident that I don't have an account with them. Today I got woken up by another debit order from. wow I really don't know.
