Debited a settled Acc

A guy nicely calls me at the end of March to tell me how much my settlement is for my acc and it was 600 and some cents, and i authorized them to debit it all 25th April, and they did exactly that. Now this morning i see the instalment of the same settled account debited from my acc. Does anyone care to explain to me how ur system works, a settled acc should obviously reflect and not debited in the following month. I need someone to call me urgently from the Bank, and guys be as quick to pick up the phone the same way you are when u take money from peoples accounts...
