60 days later - no response

I've logged a network related issue over 60 days ago with Vodacom and Vodacom 111. What's worse is that I've logged the query twice.

I have not received any feedback as to what's happening, and ultimately my issue has still not been resolved. It seems as Vodacom has no regard for me as a customer. My current cellphone contract is up for renewal and It's highly unlikely that I will renew it with them.

I have sent several tweets, made a few 111 calls and complained to Hello Peter once before. I will continue to report such service until such time that Vodacom has resolved my issue and compensated me for my time and poor quality of their network.
