Still no response to previous issue

I logged an issue on 28th March regarding being intimidated by security and lack of help from staff at the Green Point Boardmans store. This was in respect of parking in the Boardmans Parking space and then been told that its not actually theirs and it is privately owned. My wheels were clamped and car was held hostage.

I am still awaiting an appropriate response. It is not good enough to say we have logged an internal query with a reference number. When is someone going to call me to resolve the issue? Again it shows me that Boardmans (or Edcon) don't seem to take their customer service seriously.

The attitude to just write something down as a response so that it appears the complaint has been resolved is a great way to deal with customers. Well done, again, Boardmans.
