TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM NASHUA

I UPGRADED AT NASHUA BUT TILL THIS DATE HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE. IT IS A MONTH LATER AND EVERYTIME I GO TO NASHUA THEY HAVE A NEW STORY. THEY ARE TOTALLY USELESS, THEY HAVE NO SERVICE.

ONE OF THE SALE CONSULTANTS FROM FOURWAYS STORE (THULANI) SEND THE WRONG SERIAL NUMBER FOR A MONTH TO THE OBF DEPARTMENT. YOU CANT FOLLOW UP WITH THE STORE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. YOU HAVE TO GO IN TO TALK TO THE SALE CONSULTANTS. WHO THEN LOOK AT YOU WITH A BLANK EXPRESSION BECAUSE THEY CAN'T DO THEIR OWN JOBS!!!

THE MANAGER FIXED THIS PROBLEM ON THE 3RD OF JUNE. BUT THERE IS STILL A HUGE PROBLEM BECAUSE I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY UPGRADE PHONE.

HOW LONG ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO WAIT TO GET SOME REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NASHUA MOBILE???

NASHUA HAS PROVED THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT, AND NO ONE IS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE INCOMPETENCY OF THEIR OWN STAFF!!!
