I have always been a very happy vodacom customer with all my queries handled and resolved timeously.
now i am recieving the polar opposite of what i am used to when it comes to service.
I requested a change from BIS to BES, simple in thoery recieved a refference number and all the detail i required but had to wait for the change.
2 weeks later i call vodacom to confirm it had been done only to find out absolutley nothing has been done. why the do i have a refference number that all is being done when it isnt.
ontop of this i am being billed for data in the region of R400-R600 a month for data i do not even use, and yet it 2 weeks have passed and still no feedback. the best part is they still quite happily bill me about the same the next month with out any reason and it is costing me more in data than my entire account.
i have now had to request itemised billing over the past 4 months which i have to pay for just to try and resolve the issue.
to anyone who intends on opening a vodacom account of any kind i suggest you think twice, i have had great service from all other cellphone providers and not had to deal with being ripped off and taken complete advantage of.
