I received a high data usage bill for 3 months (Sept, October and November) in 2011. when I first recieved such bill I enquired since I was certain that I didnt use my mobile for consuption of such data, being a Blackbarry with BIS there was no way I couldnt have used such data. I requested a breakdown which I recieved 3 months later when my number was already been deleted as I refused to pay the data bill until I was happy that I actually used the data. the breakdown only included information for one month bill cycle instead of the 3 months, I then oppened a follow up query (ref: S3-SEC9J-JFRB) requesting the other months. I am yet to recieved it, instead I am told that the log has been closed as Vodacom is satisfied that I used the data.
what is supprising is that the breakdown that I got to see for 1 month billing cycle only show that the data was used over 2 days.
I would highly appreciate if someone can assist me get a satisfactory explaination behind this as my number has been deleted and i am forced to pay up in order to activate my line.
