On the 23rd Sep I went to cancel a MyGig2 data number, of which the original contract already expired and was being billed on a month to month basis, only to be told to my surprise it has been renewed through Vodacom Direct to a MyGig3 2 year contract on the 16th Sep with an iPhone upgrade and a delivery address in Rosebank (I live in Pretoria...).

This being activity on my account (not my request or with my consent), I reported it through the Vodacom call centre as the shop claimed that they cannot deal with the issue, and provided everything Vodacom requested to resolve the issue (Affidavit identity proof).

This issue has not been resolved for over a month now - feedback has been minimal through email (and only whenever I chase the issue), which said it has been sent to credits and refunds on 2nd Oct - 3 weeks ago already. Not once did Vodacom call back as promised, it is also impossible to speak to someone responsible for resolving the issue
