I sent my new Samsung S3 in for repair. I was told it would take two weeks. After one month I went to see what was going on only to hear that the phone had not even been sent in yet. MTN and myself have a contract basically stating that I pay them each month and they give me a phone, I believe that they have erred on the contract. I believe that this is shocking service.
