Hi, I'm extremely irate at the sms I received from 8ta, my device a Samsung galaxy S2, I took it on 8ta contract 3 plus @ R358 a month, I got the phone October 2010 the phone is 1 year 2 months old when I reported it dead, the phone was in great condition, I just switched it off and it wont go back on completely dead, logged for repair to AMC now a sms comes from 8ta stating that repair cost is R 3027.27, that's the cost of a new SII am I expected to pay that and my contract? while still being in my contract with you people, I think this is disgusting, why is my phone dead? and how is it my fault? I just switched the device off somebody please answer me I need a proper response on this
