SHOCKING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

I have a problem with the new phone, the new contract and the billing received for the first month of my upgrade. I have managed to use my phone for 12 days in the whole month. I have been charged for things that I have no idea what they are. I SHOULD HAVE A RIGHT to change the contract and phone, especially when the Consultant has not checked what exactly I need. I can upgrade tomorrow with no problem, but I cannot migrate back to my original contract. IT IS NOT RIGHT - I AM PAYING FOR THE CONTRACT AT THE END OF THE DAY and Mtn will not lose any money. Have been into 2 Mtn Stores 8 times, the Samsung Store 8 times and the Mtn Offices in Fairlands 3 times, have also written to Mtn on the website in the month and nobody can assist me. Management need to change their Contract "Policies" with immediate effect. This DON'T CARE from MTN needs to also CHANGE. I have been a Customer for 11 years. Never have I experienced such shocking service and attitude. Either Mtn allow me to change to a Contract that will suit me OR I will cancel this Contract and go elsewhere.
