Arrived in the shop on a Saturday morning. Two guys helping customers so we take a seat, patiently waiting our turn. After approx 20min a third person appears to help and for no reason asks the customer who just walked into the store if she can help him, disregarding the fact that other people have been waiting 20min. None of the other employees cared to mention or correct the situation. As we decided to rather go elsewhere, it was rather obvious that we're upset but no one cared to say or do anything. I wanted to do an upgrade on two of my contracts. No way I'm giving my business to this franchise
