Third Breach of Contract

My blackberry had an inherent fault whereby the battery overheats, and the handset shuts down. I took my phone in for repairs on 6 April. I heard nothing, so I went back a week later and was told that they didn't know if it was still under warranty as when the phone was issued in July 2012 it wasn't placed on the system by the store. Eventually they found it on the system, but I had to go and remind them of my repair. A week later (today) I went back, only to be told that the phone needs a new battery, which has to be ordered from the USA. This could take a further 2 weeks. Therefore, I will have been without my phone in total for over 1 month. My contract states that the phone will be replaced or a loaner will be given if I am without a phone for 2 weeks. This has not happened, and it is the third time that Vodacom has made me phoneless for over 1 month. The service received at Vodacom is shocking, and you have to fight for every little thing. The attitude is terrible. My contract with Vodacom expires in July, and there is nothing in the world that would make me nor my family members remain with Vodacom. 10 years of shocking service. So long, Vodacom.
