Brand New Samsung Galaxy S4 that was Faulty

I opened a R1500 pm contract with 8ta, and they gave me a damaged phone and refused to give me a new phone within the 7 Day "OBF". I complained on the 4th day and they insisted it was my sim. I had a sim swap done and the phone was still not working. I have proof in my emails with them stating that they were at fault for not giving me a New Replacement Phone (Which they were supposed to have done). I took it back a day after the 7 day "OBF" and they refused to give me a new unit, but instead, took my phone back for repair. About 1-2 weeks later, they told me my phone was ready for collection. I refused to take my phone back that day and had asked for a new unit instead. They didn't want to give me a new unit which I was entitled to. After a few days I decided to pick up my repaired phone. This is wrong on 8ta's and Samsung's part. I opened up a contract for a new phone, and they gave me a Faulty phone. They should have swapped me out with a Brand New Unit right away, but decided to repair my (New Phone). I am disappointed with this terrible service. I Opened up a contract for a New Phone, not a repaired Phone. I will be a VERY happy customer when they give me a Brand new phone.
