Today I called 808 twice to query a new handset ordered at Blue Route Tokai 2 weeks ago. After completing the security check twice on the same call and on the subsequent call I was put on hold for an unacepptable amount of time. Agent was ill equiped to assist me as A) could not understand my query B) clearly did not know how to handle it C) obviously has zero customer service training or experience as did not re-assure me that she was attempting to assist but instead left me on hold for the better part of 15 mins! Unacceptable. One would think that a service provider would then call the customer back. Not so!

Another thing I cannot fathom is why place of work is included in the security check. I don't update MTN when I change job. I had to refer back to the employer I was with when I first started my contract in order to "pass" this question!
