I am so disgusted by the service I got this morning from Matseke Masemola, In the beggining of the call I ask her to log a query for me for charges on my Credit Card, then she told me that unfortunately she cannot assist me with that, I gave her my ID number so that she can check on the system the she put me on hold, she come back after few minutes and told me that she can only reverse the service fee, so I was like ooohk know you can assist me, then she started rising her voice, so I told her to hold on whilst I check on my statement, she told me I must hurry up because other customers are waiting as if I am not a customer,
I want action to be taken against this girl and would like to be there when action is taken,
I AM SOOO DISAPPOINTED
