Wesbank call centre agents give poor service

I called wesbank this morning to query the balance on my account.

The call centre agent by the name of Neshrie Smith attempted to assist.

She could not explain why it that my account is in arrears.
My instalment goes off each month by means of debit order.

The debit order is scheduled the after I receive my salary.

Therefore, it is impossible for me to be in default, as the voice over lady relayed the fact that should a debit order fall on the weekend, the payment will run the following day.

When I asked her about the fees that WESBANK are charging she placed me on hold for 10 minutes if not longer.

I find it unacceptable that she placed my call on hold for that long and did nothing in resolving my query.
She could not explain query, and did not place me through to someone who can.

Wesbank's shoddy service is unacceptable
