No Reply from Blue Security

I wanted an alarm system & would have preferred Blue Security. I called & was referred to the sales department who promised me that I will receive a call that same day. Later that day I got a call but from ADT security who I have not contacted at all, so I was surprised when they called me. Where and how ADT got my details is a mystery, since only Blue Security knew I was interested in a security system. I waited for four days and Blue Security never called so I called them again. I was told that they tried to call me and left voice mail messages but I have proof that they never did. Anyway, I was surprised at the prompt and excellent service from ADT that I signed up with them. That very same day they came to my house to discuss all options with me. They will be installing my system tomorrow. I can not say this is 100% correct but I suspect that the Blue Security sales representative forwarded my details to ADT for reasons unknown and I guess that was the one good thing I got from dealing with Blue Security.
