I wanted to know why my debit order was much higher for a particular month. I phoned and was put through to 3 different people (all in the wrong department) and then eventually cut off. Is there just one customer service agent??? I even left a message for someone to return my call as i was spending too much money being on hold. Still no response. Eventually posted a query on the ADT website. Supposed to hear from someone within 48 hrs or 3 days I can't remember now as it's been a month already!!!
It's not only customer service that's not great, their whole service seems to be lacking.
Took over from the previous home owner's contract yet ADT didn't come to do a check to ensure everything is working etc. So i had to replace the battery. At least after some words i didnt' have to pay for the replacement of faulty eyes which they should've checked out when we took over!!
Also when i originally signed up for the contract it wasn't explained that its a rental system for evermore etc. Not rent to own as with other security companies. (their fees are also so much higher and response time is that much longer)
