Got the worst service eve

I have pre ordered the samsung galaxy s4 at the blue route branch tokai because my contract was due for upgrade.the sales person told me I should come fetch my phone the first of may I was there the day before so he had a off day.i then spoke to someone else which told me they have the phones in store but he cant help me because the the guy who helped me was not in there I already got upset thats just poor service.i then came back thhen the guy said all the phones are out and I must wait 2 weeks.i then went to autopage the same day and walked out with my phone 30 mins later.i know iv been a loyal customer to cell c but il never recommend any one ro use your service then to top it off I go back to the cell c store to get the copies of my documents the sales person royston who was helping me all the time goes to the back for 20 mins an comes back to tell me he cant find my documents the cleaner must of threw it away how the do you get that right. I will cancel all my deals with cell c and the guy ROYSTON working in the blue route branch should go for some training on customer service because he
