ADSL line fault ignored

My ADSL service went down on the 5th of Jan 2013. Service was restored on 6 Jan, then went dead on 7 Jan. I received an SMS on 8 Jan to say the service was restored even though my ADSL line as well as my telephone was completely dead. Reported the fault again on 8 Jan no response at all. A techi finally came to my house on 14 Jan and restored the service, it lasted 4 hours and all went dead again.

I have now called twice a day for this week without any result, the standard answer is that the fault will be escalated, I have a list of escalation numbers with no action at all. The sum total of what the call centre can do is to write an e-mail, thats it. The techi's only work between 8am and 4pm the call centre informed me.

As my business is reliant on the ADSL line I am lost on how to proceed?
