Bad service delivery with telephone and adsl

Got a nice that Telkom would be working on th phonelines in my area so whe the phone suddenly did not work, i presumed its because of them working on the lines. Then the phones worked. And then not. The same with my adsl. When the adsl and phone had been dead for several days, i've logged a fault. Got an sms that a fault had beenlogged. Then that it had been resolved. I replied with an sms that its still not working. FIve days later a technitian pitched up, connecting a device and left. Later he returned and took the device and said there's nothing wrong. When i picked up the phone, it was completely dead as well as my adsl. So i send another sms that its still faulty. After two days another tech pitched up telling me there's nothing wrong, but the line had terrible static. When i told him this he said i got a phone and that the adsl filter is faulty thus the noise. Telkom Direct store hoever dont have stock of the adsl filters. I replaced the filter but its still the same. My adsl is completely dead and been for nearly 10 days now. Its unacceptable. Fault 11CVK110613
