On the 16th January 2014 we reported that our telephone line was faulty (after repeated attempts to get through) and given a ref: 963CRK160114. Yesterday (7th day) we were told that a technician had been allocated. Today my wife phoned and was told that a technician had not been allocated. Despite highlighting the fact that we run the business website enquiries through the wireless internet we have still not been assisted? I fail to understand how we can be subjected to this level of incompetency - as well as lack of effort to assist us - or keep us informed of the situation? One cannot get through to the call center and despite the fact that they have my wife's cell number we still do not know where we stand. I do not want to know how much potential traffic/business we have lost due to this incident? (I even lodged a complaint on their facebook page - to no avail)
