Negligence On the Part Of Telkom

On Monday 14 January, my business telephone line went down at around 0930hrs. Around 1000hrs I logged a fault with them and was given a ref number 272cwk140113. I have a restaurant in Bayside center and some of my customers call in and place orders for collection or delivery. I went back to Telkom at 1130hrs to follow up and was told that my fault report was on their system. After that I got no further feedback from Telkom and yesterday my wife went to them and was told that they were on site. Up to today my business line is still down.

I am angry with Telkom because every hour that passes by without my telephone line, I lose potential revenue. My message for Telkom is "Get your act together! I need my line running. You guys are hurting my bottom line"
