Faulty line not repaired for almost a month

13/01/2014 Reported faulty line to telkom. REF: 1349crz130114. Every day I called to follow up on this fault. Was told that it had been allocated to technician. Or they were escalating it. Or Alan the supervisor would call me back. On 23/01 called in and spoke to a lady on call centre who advised that this fault had been closed due to account issue. She checked with accounts dept. Account was sorted. She logged a new fault 34crz230114. I called the next day, was advised that it had been allocated to technician. I called again today and was advised that it hadn't been allocated to technician. But they would escalate it. I know that means absolutely nothing... PLEASE FIX THE LINE AND STOP DECEIVING YOUR CLIENTS
