3 Year Bad Network Coverage with no solution

Since 8 February 2011 I have been requesting Vodacom to do something about the bad Network Coverage in Parys, Free State. It is almost 3 years later... AND I STILL HAVE VERY BAD NETWORK COVERAGE!!!

Everytime that I phone in to the Call Centre, I get the same lame promise...
"Network division will investigate and give feedback"

It is unacceptable to be in the middle of town, in a office building, and to then have to use GPRS network for Internet access, and then to try to function on very slow speeds as well!
3G does not exist!!!
It is not just me who is complaining, but a lot of people.
We have sent in written requests, petitions, phone calls, anything... even Facebook discussions

I have tried anything and everything, even requesting Vodacom to provide me with details for a Booster antenna or the likes thereof... NOTHING WORKS!!!

However, come month-end... THEY WANT THEIR MONEY!!! And my account is not a small one.

PLEASE!!!
Can or will Someone, anyone just do something to make this problem better!!!
