Another 2 months gone by, still no answer

Since my last complaint, this will be the 4th on the same query over 19.5 months, I have been contacted by the following people, none of which have been of any help.

The query has been 'escalated' to every department they have and I have now come to the point where I am refusing to pay anything to Vodacom, due to their total negligence in this matter.

I have contacted them on numerous occasions, and nobody ever gets back to me.
If I had the CEO's details I would take it up with him personally.

Since I have initiated this complaint, promises high and low that things will be sorted out today, I have now had enough. In the last 19.5 months, 'today' has come and gone nearly 600 times.

Since this platform seems to be the only way to get their attention, here we go again.

Please be advised that I will not pay a cent, ever, to with Vodacom, their lack of service, and their total disregard for consumer rights.

No point in complaining about their service, because, clearly, there isn't any.
