I have placed 5/6 calls to follow up on my query and i have to date not received the information I have requested. I have escalated to a team leader and assistant manager (Naveer Sing), both did not call me back.
I upgraded my package to Talk200s and renewed my contract 18 months ago telephonically. I was not informed that the more weekend minutes were Vodacom-to-Vodacom only and would not have extended my contract with Vodacom had I known. My request is for those calls to be drawn to prove this was communicated and agreed. I would like my contract cancelled as I believe a binding contract between myself and Vodacom does not exist as I was certainly misinformed of the conditions of this contract and would not have entered into it had I known. This has resulted in additional cost incurred by myself. Please contact me with proof so that we can conclude this query.
