Vodacom
Took 24 month contract, Vodacom made it 36 months

I signed a contract with Vodacom for 24 months, the agent helping me, Jo-anne, created two deals, one for 24 months and the other 36 months. She then activated the 36 months deal which has a totally different product to what i got. I have tried contacting Vodacom complaining about this issue since December 2012 with no joy. no one gets back to me and they still take money from my account R550 every month. I call the Richard, the manager at vodacom craighall every week. He escalated the query, but no one seems to be doing anything about it.
