A few months back I purchased a Wi-Fi contract from Vodacom. To my dismay, the complex I live in, where I primarily would use the wi-fi, the Vodacom signal is shocking, lucky to get a bar at the best of times. I've tried working with the signal for a few months and only could stand using it for a total of 30min. Thus today I contacted Vodacom to query a cancelation of the contract, because I now have to get an Mtn contract. I do understand it is a contract and I'm bound to the 24months, but is there no compromise for such an issue? To cancel, I now need to pay the full fee of the contract or continue paying for it each month, without using the actual internet. Truly disappointed.
