So after a complaint on here vodacom did a transfer that took 5 months to complete after i had personally gone in to sort accounts out 3 times. So after the third time being cut off from connection i decided i had enough. so i left vodacom to contact me, which they then did a few months later trying to fine me for their lack of service an for a connection they had long since cut off. This and a few other things happened, then today i called to see if i could simply settle the account which i have received no service on, and they want to charge me almost R4000. I refused as i have not received any service on this account, which i had told them i did not want before they transferred it. They then decided to threaten me, with blacklisting or reversing transfer of ownership and debting my mother. So Vodacom is obviously uncaring for people who were clients of theirs for years so i will keep reporting them until i get contacted by someone in Vodacom who knows what they are doing and how service works
