Vodacom
Vodacom Just wont fix the problem

So over the last few months we have been noticing a decline in the area with voice calls, Internet, everything actually concerning Vodacom, A lot of my calls the other person breaks off, or we Can't hear anything, My 3G internet is mediocre at best, even with full strength signal, its bad.

I contacted Vodacom numerous times, We have 5 contracted numbers with them for the past 15 years, we are a company and we have given them a lot of money, yet their response is "there is no quick fix, we need to upgrade the towers in the area to accommodate more people" Which means nothing to me, that could be in 10 years time.

Its come to the point where we can barely make a phone call, anyways I am always answered with the same stories. "Someone will contact you" or "your query has been escalated to the engineer department"

The fact of the matter is they need to fix the server congestion because its just getting worse. I might as well be using dialup for internet, and the voice calls are going that route too.
