Complaint still not sorted out! Phone not received

6 Months since I complain about the account received, debit orders going off for a phone never received from VODACOM. According to my calculations VODACOM owe me alot of money debited for a phone never received, but in Dec'13 I received a final demand. together with a reminder that if the account is not paid, the account will be handed over to the LAWYERS. HOW DARE YOU TRYING TO BLACK LIST ME FOR A PHONE NEVER RECEIVED OR USED. I dont get through to you call centre and when ever someone phone me back, they promise the account will be sorted out. WILL IT BE SORTED OUT? GUESS WHAT? 6 Months (3Years) still not sorted out!!!
