Unautorised content charges

I have a cellphone contract with MTN and have been billed for content charges and upon enquiry found out it is for a subscription charge from Mira Networks. I never consented to any subscription with this company. I have no interest in Mira Networks and should not be charged for services I did not sign up for. This is an absolute rip off.
