Poor service

I have been experiencing poor internet speeds. Today it is so bad images on local sites are not loading.

When I call to report the problem I am asked a string of pointless questions, which all imply the problem is on my side. Its incredibly unlikely that the images are timing out on my side.

It would be nice if for once someone would just agree to look into the problem. I am so tired of poor service from Iburst.
