4 months and this is the account of my nightmare with Vodacom: 1) In April my cell phone account and number was transferred by Vodacom to my father's account without either of our permission. 2) My father then logged a complaint where Vodacom then transferred the account back to my name. 3) Vodacom then later in April transferred the account back to my father's name, again without permission and then debited his bank account for my cell phone invoice. 4) My father then complained with great difficulty to get this disaster reversed and after almost two months was the issue sorted out and funds reimbursed to my fathers account. 5) The account now back in my name I hadn't received my invoices for 4 months however I was debited R5400 at the end of June and when I called to understand what was going on with my account I was told my new balance was R8600 in arrears two days after I was debited R5400. 6) I asked Vodacom to investigate action on my account where they logged the call and locked my account. Vodacom took three weeks without contacting me about the investigation, I called 5 times and now my bank account was debited R8600... Am I being robbed my Service Provider?
