Still have not sorted out our account

This company is ridicules. our account is still not sorted out, we received a call 2 weeks after my last post to say that there is credits do on our account we to date have not received a new statement this has been over 2 months. today my husband received a phone call from there collection company to say that we need to pay. this is the worst service i have ever received, i even tried to phone them.
