Being charged for a contract I did not apply for!!

I applied via vodacom direct for 2 galaxy note 3's near the end of last year (September or so) and received them in good order. Then to my surprise I received an sms, Just before Christmas, saying an additional R569 pm note 3 contract has been approved (which i did not authorise or order). I phoned vodacom and they said they will sort everything out, they haven't. I went to a vodacom shop and they didn't help me, they said i must phone vodacom directly. (Terrible customer service) So I phoned again and then they said everything is sorted. Now I receive an account saying that R569 has been debited from my account for a number and phone that i do not have. Really annoying/unprofessional service from vodacom. This needs to be sorted out ASAP
