Vodacom inefficient and arrogant

I terminated a contract of 15 years standing in May. Transferred to pre-paid, and was assured all outstanding amounts had been paid. I never received a final invoice for this contract despite asking for one.

I have received a warning letter threatening to hand me over to lawyers. Sent proof of payment and was assured all would be sorted out, and the account was indeed paid up. I have subsequently received three calls in three days saying I have been handed over to lawyers and this will result in a judgment against me.

I have been unable to get through by phone.

I'm disgusted to be treated so shoddily after years of loyalty and prompt payment.

Vodacom needs to fix their service and fix their attitude.
