Last year I received a phone call to confirm that if I upgrade my current Vodacom contract I will only pay R10 more on my account and I will receive a Nokia X2 on a weekender. I specifically asked 3 times, are you sure that I'm only going to pay R170 instead of R160 and not R170 and R160. I received the phone and made 1 phone call, the first month my account was debited with R225 and also the R160. I have changed from banks and my Vodacom account was changed to the new account, since then I paid the R160 every month with Vodacom, never have I received any account or any sms from anyone to confirm that I have an Auto page account and it has not been paid or to say that the have handed me over to an attorney to issue summons against me, no I only received a sms to confirm that I have been blacklisted. On 07/02 I requested that my call recordings must be send through to the intermediary. Up until now, nothing has been received by me nor by the intermediary. And I'm still blacklisted. I feel that I was miss-representing and not what we agreed on on the phone.
