On the 13th January 2014 I complained about a contract that has not been cancelled since September 2013 from MTN Direct. Despite assurances that the contract will be cancelled nothing has been done. I contacted MTN Customer service and I received the response below. MTN is happy to take my money while I receive nothing from them - no phone, no calls, no data - and yet I pay! What for? Can you get your act together and start taking customer service seriously? I am beyond disappointed. Nhlanhla Thwala
