Still being charged for discontinued Data Contract

In March of this year I contacted Cell C to cancel my DATA CONTRACT (MSISDN 0744926819). I was told by the operator that the contract had expired and therefore requested that it be cancelled completely. In April my account was debited for March as expected. In May my account was again debited, when I contacted customer service they told me the contract was never cancelled, again I asked for the contract to be cancelled. I received a reference number for this and was told that I should send them an email requesting that the contract be terminated and that someone from accounts would then contact me. I did this the same day and received an automated response saying that they would get back to me within 72 hours. Four days later I sent another email to customer service requesting the cancellation of the contract, still no response. On Tuesday 11 June, I contacted customer service and asked to be put through to accounts, whereby the operator told me that the contract was cancelled and no money would be debited from my account. On 16 June, my account was again debited by Cell C. When I contacted Cell C, the operator told me it was for data used, I have NOT used the SIM card since March!
