MTN DATA Issues not resolved. I AM FED UP!!!

I upgraded my account on the 1 of Dec2013. It was a combo package for a Samsung S4 & a Galaxy 3 tab. I was told the phone will be active in 24-48 HRS & 24-72Hrs for the tablet as I had a sim card added to my number for the tablet.

I have been battling ever since to get the correct data allocated (details I can share but it cannot be accommodated in the space allowed). In a nutshell. I was not allocated any contact data in DEC but got bonus data of 150MB.Then I got 150 on the 27th but no contract data. After numerous queries I got 451Mb. 49MB short. I again queried this, and again, AND AGAIN???
Today I spoke top Nandimo, who stated, on various of my questions, the following: data will take 21 days to update- I have been waiting 27 days now since the issue started (without my intitial beginning DEC query). Secondly MTN does not give feedback, they do not call unless you stipulate that they must call you. The customer need to follow up? In essence I must now wait for the 27th of JAN for a credit to be passed? because it is now a billing issue
I have requested that her supervisor (Poobalay Moodley) call me as a matter of urgency. It is now 12 pm on the 23rd. Im still waiting!
