Upgraded/migrated to a new contract 28/10/13. New LTE sim still inactive DESPITE escalations. Using old sim. On 31/10 ZERO minutes/data and 13 smes left!!! Allocated on 27th! Valencia Shabalala said I 'forfeited' all of the above. Interesting! I accepted 'MTN forfeit policy' and bought once-off data. MTN's promise-it will reflect immediately, it didn't. Two hours later, network problems-but escalating guarantees data is loaded immediately. No such luck! Two hours later, another call to MTN-another apology NO DATA!! I called the next day, sorry again... reallly??? Data gets loaded-in duplicate, no surprise!! Another call to MTN to rectify their latest mistake, Valencia tells me its not possible as system won't allow duplications, well check your SYSTEM MTN! Valencia reverses their duplicate. Also now says I did not forfeit the minutes rather used them in 4 days, and the MTN forfeit policy??? Asked for her Supervisor Neville Moodley. He refused to take the call, and Valencia cut the call on me. Horrid Customer Service! I called back for Neville Moodley. He says he will listen to the call and call me back. ACTUALLY NEVILLE MOODLEY, I won't take YOUR CALL! I wanted 5 minutes of your time
