Vodacom
No customer service

I went to the Vodacom store at Galleria (Amanzimtoti) this morning and waited for 20 minutes to be asked if I could be assisted.

The one girl working there was just walking around aimlessly and decided to go to some other customer.

When she eventually decided to come and ask if I needed help, she couldn't even help.

If you call this customer service, you can stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

I will be leaving Vodacom (you don't deserve any customers).
